Defective Product
SFI warrantees the trade show shoes against defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. To return defective shoes, contact customer service at 1.800.795.7712. A copy of invoice will be required for any return. 
Size Exchange
SFI has taken steps to insure all of the trade show shoes are built to exact U.S. Size standards. If you order your correct U.S. shoe size, the fit will be perfect. Should you order an incorrect size, contact customer service at 1.800.795.7712 and request a size exchange. Trade show shoes will not be exchanged for incorrect size after 10 days from date of purchase and will not be exchanged if the shoes returned show obvious signs of wear.

TRADE SHOW SHOESTM were created by a company that specializes in the development of special footwear, with very special features, specifically for consumers with special ambulatory needs. These shoes are manufactured in Italy in a facility that manufactures nothing but specialty footwear.
This is the logo of Maestri Calzaturieri del Brenta, the elite showmakers of Italy.
The logo was assigned to the Venetian shoemakers by the Republic of Venice in 1376.
Trade Show Shoes are made by people who proudly display these logos.
